About | 关于
Lijin Zhu (b. 1998, Shanghai) works across video installation, performance, sound, sculpture and text. Practice explores the origins of orientation and the conditions that make identification possible. Her works construct embodied metaphorical structures that render visible the unconscious patterns shaped by cultural and political forces. Concave and wind recur as her cyclical archetypal motifs. Her practice is also concerned with creating spaces for dialogue and shared ground.
